Venue intelligence
Know before you go
Check-in wait
Hotel check-in, club access, spa bookings and classes are separate reservations. Confirm which facilities the room rate includes before arrival.
Best time to stay
Choose it for training and resort-style facilities, not LGBTQ nightlife. A ride is needed for most Northalsted venues.
Guest mix
Hotel guests, club members, athletes, families and spa visitors form a fitness-led mainstream crowd.
Dress expectations
Travel clothing works in the hotel; each pool, court and class requires suitable athletic or swimwear.
Staff inclusion
The operator publishes facility information but no property-specific queer programme. Confirm accessible routes across the large club campus.
