Venue intelligence
Know before you go
Typical queue
ID is checked for every entrant; Pride and theme nights can create a compact door line.
Best night
Early evening for conversation, Thursday karaoke or published theme nights for a fuller crowd.
Locals vs visitors
Gay men anchor the room alongside broader LGBTQ regulars, leather guests and allies.
Dress code in practice
Casual bar wear ordinarily; underwear and leather events publish opt-in themes, never assumptions.
Staff inclusion
A dedicated gay bar with long local history and current official/community-tourism confirmation.
