Event intelligence
Know before you go
Entry wait
Use the organiser's current award-page and ticket guidance; a hotel gala should be approached as a booked event, not a casual bar walk-in.
Best arrival time
Arrive before the announced programme start for red-carpet, registration and seating logistics once the final timing is released.
Attendee mix
2SLGBTQIA+ media makers, honourees, advocates, entertainers, industry guests and supporters are the event's intended community.
Dress code in practice
Gala or polished cocktail attire is the sensible read; confirm any final theme or accessibility guidance with the organiser.
Host and security inclusion
Pink Triangle Press is a long-running 2SLGBTQIA+ media organisation, and the awards explicitly celebrate the community's diversity and achievement.
