The terrace has only a handful of tables and is the first thing to disappear on a warm evening, but there is no selective door or sustained line. Arrive around 17:00–19:00 for an outside seat and the best chance to talk; later arrivals usually stand, move downstairs or accept a tighter local-bar rhythm.

Best night

Wednesday and Thursday are the cleanest choices for a quiet Toulouse aperitif. Friday and Saturday gather more regulars and become livelier, especially when the White Room has a DJ or live date. This is not a 03:00 club: its best hours come before dinner or as the first stop of the night.

Locals vs visitors

Mainly gay Toulouse regulars in their thirties and above, with couples, straight friends and solo travellers passing through the tiny terrace. Multiple reviews call it family-like; a small number of outsiders felt watched or excluded by the regulars-first dynamic. The room rewards conversation more than anonymity.

Dress code in practice

A shirt, tee, denim, trainers or ordinary warm-weather terrace clothes are enough. There is no appearance-based door policy and no reason to dress for a glossy club. The practical choice is comfort in a small room and a layer for street-side drinking after sunset.
