Aqua Club
About this venue
AQUA Club (frequently referred to as AQUA Emporio) is the colossal, undisputed powerhouse of the La Nogalera queer nightlife scene. This multi-space entertainment behemoth operates as a massive, breezy open-air terrace bar by evening before unleashing its dual-room indoor club experience at night. Offering a high-energy Pop room on one side, a dark progressive House room on the other, and a famously massive, steamy underground cruising area downstairs (Bunker Club), it is an absolute rite of passage for any queer traveler visiting the coast.

Venue intelligence
Know before you go
Typical queue
Start at the terrace before 23:00 and you walk straight in. For Emporio, buy ahead: after 00:30 on Friday or Saturday, the ticket line runs 15–30 minutes, while pre-sale entry moves much faster.
Best night
Friday and Saturday after 23:45 are Aqua’s real club hours. Start on the terrace around 21:30, then move inside when the chosen pop, house or tribal party opens.
Locals vs visitors
Aqua collects every strand of La Nogalera—local regulars, circuit visitors, pop fans, house heads, bears and holiday groups. The terrace is mixed and chatty; the rooms get more defined as the night goes on.
Dress code in practice
The club’s ticketed events call for casual clubwear: a sharp shirt or top with trainers or boots is perfect. Use the event page as the guide when a party wants a more theatrical look.
Staff inclusion
Aqua’s team handles a huge, visibly queer crowd without making the terrace feel exclusive. Mar, the regular front-of-house presence, is especially good at making familiar faces and newcomers feel looked after; have your ticket ready and the door stays smooth.
