About this venue

Rocket Club Milano is the sleek, indie-spirited ex-industrial spaceship that has been rewriting Milan’s nightlife rules for over 20 years! Perched right on the scenic banks of the Navigli canals, this beautifully inclusive, multi-room bunker is a massive favorite for the city’s hip, artsy, and queer-fluid crowds. They throw out the stale corporate club blueprint to serve a deliciously chaotic weekly rotation: Thursday minimal house with Motel Calypso, Friday’s unapologetically hyper-pop, nightcore, and hardstyle rave Viper, and Saturday's legendary, style-heavy hip-hop and R&B night Akeem. It is dark, bass-heavy, and beautifully free of judgment.

Venue intelligence

Know before you go

Typical queue

Notoriously tight and long on weekends. Bouncers manage a very strict capacity threshold. To save yourself from waiting outside for over an hour or facing sudden entry rejections, getting your name on the event guestlist or reserving a table via their WhatsApp/Instagram contacts ahead of time is highly mandatory.

Best night

Arrive between 11:45 PM and 12:30 AM to slide past the worst of the front door gridlock right as the separate rooms activate their soundscapes.

Locals vs visitors

An incredibly fluid, fashion-forward mix of local alternative queer kids, techno-house purists, Gen-Z tastemakers, and hip-hop heads who value raw music curation over mainstream snobbery.

Dress code in practice

Intentionally expressive, hipster, or alternative streetwear. Show off your unique style identity—but keep it cool and authentic. Stiff corporate suits or basic farmwear will likely leave you stranded at the door. Ensure you wear durable shoes for non-stop dancing.

Staff inclusion

Highly praised by the local community for cultivating an explicitly safe, welcoming, and protective environment for queer and transgender individuals. The security and bar crews are quick to assist and keep a close eye on the floor to preserve the club's strict house rules of zero prejudice and absolute mutual respect.
