Venue Detail
SLM Göteborg
About this venue
A member-led leather and fetish club for gay, bisexual and pansexual men. Entry depends on membership, the individual event and its dress code; the Kortedala address is deliberately shared only with eligible members, so contact the club before attempting the journey.

Know before you go
Best arrival window
The real wait happens before the night: membership must be applied for or renewed at least 24 hours before opening. Club evenings usually begin at 21:00 and the door closes at midnight, with membership card and dress check at entry. Do not arrive late hoping to negotiate either rule.
Busiest time
Choose the monthly theme that matches what you want to wear and do. A general all-codes night is easiest for a first visit; Sport, Nude or Sauna nights create a tighter shared mood. Pride and Nordic federation weekends bring more long-distance guests, while regular editions lean closer to the member base.
Locals vs visitors
This is a volunteer-run association for men who like men and are interested in leather, BDSM or fetish: gay, bi and pan members form the core. Gothenburg regulars meet visitors carrying eligible SLM, ECMC or Top of Europe membership, especially during Pride and federation weekends.
What to bring or wear
The door enforces the announced code. Standard lanes include leather, rubber, uniform, sport, workwear, skin/punk, nude and jocks; themed nights may allow only one. The beginner minimum is plain black or white top, basic black or blue jeans and heavy black boots. No bare feet.
Safety and inclusion
Membership requires respect for other members and rejects association with racist or neo-Nazi organisations; racist symbols and weapons are banned. The club is run by member volunteers, not hospitality staff. These are meaningful safeguards, but there is too little fresh independent review evidence to grade execution.
