Hotel Ritual Torremolinos

Check-in wait

Reception is quietest before 14:30 or after 17:00; the main arrival wave can take 10–20 minutes. For a pool party, turn up 20–30 minutes before doors with your ticket ready. The lift and rooftop get slower once the afternoon crowd is established.

Best time to stay

A weekend pool party is Ritual at full volume—especially a MadBear date, when the rooftop is lively from midday. For the hotel’s easier, more relaxed side, use the pool on a weekday from 13:00 and head to La Nogalera after dinner.

Guest mix

Ritual is still the obvious hotel base for queer Torremolinos: gay couples, solo travellers, groups of friends, bears during festival dates and adults who want beach access without leaving the scene. The rooftop is social; the rooms are just the reset button.

Dress expectations

Reception and breakfast are regular resort-hotel territory. Bring swimwear plus a cover-up for the rooftop; the ninth-floor infinity pool has a nude, body-positive atmosphere, while the bar and lifts are shared public space.

Staff inclusion

The LGTBI identity is real, not decorative: Ritual hosts queer travel and community events in the middle of town. Service can feel uneven at peak hotel times, so sort out room, towel or pool access requests at reception early; when the team is on it, they are practical and welcoming.
