Venue Detail
Experimental Marais
About this venue
The former Sinner address is now Experimental Marais, so keeping the old name would be actively misleading. It is a design-led Marais hotel from Experimental Group, and should be listed as a current hotel—not sold as a queer institution simply because the old branding was sensual.

Venue intelligence
Know before you go
Check-in wait
Experimental Marais has 43 rooms, a restaurant, bar and spa, so book the element you want rather than assuming one hotel arrival covers all services.
Best time to stay
Any night as a central design-hotel stay; the current operator does not publish a recurring queer nightlife programme.
Guest mix
The current operator describes a five-star hotel with rooms, spa, restaurant and cocktail bar. That is a design-hotel guest mix, not evidence for a queer crowd label.
Dress expectations
Temple & Chapon and the American Bar are polished spaces, but the operator publishes no mandatory dress code. Smart evening clothes fit without pretending there is a door rule.
Staff inclusion
No venue-specific LGBTQ+ staff policy is published by the current operator, so the listing makes no invented inclusion promise.
