Event intelligence
Know before you go
Entry wait
Spectating is free; road closures and more than 200,000 expected viewers make transit and viewing space the real constraints.
Best arrival time
Choose a Hennepin viewing section early and be in place well before the 11:00 start; the published run is 11:00–14:00.
Attendee mix
LGBTQIA2S+ organisations, families, activists, performers, local institutions, visitors and allies line and travel the route.
Dress code in practice
Weather-ready Pride clothing and walking shoes work best; keep water, hearing protection and accessibility needs in mind.
Host and security inclusion
Twin Cities Pride frames the parade as both celebration and continuation of a grassroots liberation tradition.
