Thursday's social game is designed for meeting people; a drag or DJ date is better for spectacle; Friday and Saturday deliver the loudest two-room party. If this is your first Bordeaux night, early Thursday gives more local contact than arriving at 01:00 when both rooms are already at full heat.

Locals vs visitors

Gay men form a visible core, but queer women, mixed friend groups, drag fans, students and visitors are part of the normal picture. The seven-night schedule produces more tourists than the smaller neighbourhood bars. The crowd becomes younger and less conversational as the lower electronic room fills.

Dress code in practice

No formal code: shirts, denim, trainers, crop tops, drag and casual holiday clothes coexist. Dress for a cramped, warm room and stairs between levels. A playful look fits, but the bar's accessibility and bag reality matter more than fashion.
