Venue intelligence
Know before you go
Check-in wait
Room check-in, restaurants and bars use separate reservations. Parking is capacity-limited during events, and the rooftop pool is not a general public nightlife space in 2026.
Best time to stay
Book for South Congress access and specific restaurant reservations rather than a standing queer night. Hotel events and high-volume weekends affect parking and late checkout.
Guest mix
Hotel guests, diners, shoppers and local event visitors create a mainstream mixed crowd. No dedicated LGBTQ+ programme is published on the reviewed hotel pages.
Dress expectations
Normal hotel clothing works; smart casual suits dining and bars. A valid ID, credit card and minimum age of 21 are required at check-in.
Staff inclusion
The hotel publishes wheelchair and hearing-accessible rooms, ramps and elevators. That concrete access information is useful, while LGBTQ-specific staff claims are not documented and should not be invented.
